Attention: Dr. Balshi

I want to thank you for your hospitality and more importantly, for the amazing learning experience. What is most impressive, is the degree of joy you bring to the lives of your patients.

I was skeptical that "Teeth in a day" was a marketing play without scientific merit. I left a believer that this approach offers a superior treatment modality. I am puzzled by the zygoma and pterygoid implants, but I do recognize their value in curtailing the patient's wait for function. I hope to learn more about them in the future.

I hope to return to the Institute on a regular basis. I have attended many courses, but seldom have I left with a feeling of comparable excitement.

I also would like to commend the friendliness and spirit of your staff. Everyone is motivated, courteous, and willing to share. I had a great time at dinner, and you made May feel right at home.

My staff is attending the assistant's course this weekend. I plan on attending all the courses. It was really a pleasure to meet you both. Glenn-your presentations were excellent-I will recommend you as a speaker to the Seattle Study Club.
